    I really enjoy seeing other people’s food for the day! I love how you framed it by meal and broke down the cals.

    I have SUCH a different way of eating! It’s crazy!
    Just coffee until 11:30 (70 cals), then massive lunch (400 cals usually), huge dinner (600-700 cals) and a drink or two if I have calories left.

    No snacks, I rarely have a snack and if I do it’s DEFINITELY salty not sweet 🙂

    Long-time lurker, first-time poster.
    It amounts to 1204 Kcal.
    I didn’t end up eating it all, but that was roughly my food plan for the day.
    I was running around busy and forgot the banana, and I left some of the turkey breasts.
