I felt so good and on top of my meals and logging yesterday!
I’ve been sneaking in a few more treats than I would like lately, so yesterday I went back to the basics with fruit + protein for snacks and it felt so good. Of course treats are part of my overall “all foods fit” philosophy, but I’m setting a mini challenge to avoid them most days lately because I’ve been getting a bit carried away and I think it’s slowing my progress. Yesterday was a good reminder that I can feel satisfied and even look forward to meals and snacks that are not muffins and chocolate lol 😆 just maybe not every day!
