Dump pancetta and all the rendered fat on top of greens.Season pork chops with salt and pepper, put on top of greens.Add brown sugar, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook on low for 7-8 hoursRemove the pork chops and shred them. 1/4 tsp salt, plus seasoning for chops
1/4 tsp pepper, plus seasoning for chops
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Add the collard greens to the slow cooker.
Sauté the pancetta till fat us rendered. Dump pancetta and all the rendered fat on top of greens.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, put on top of greens.
Add brown sugar, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours
