Looks immaculate. Them pizza stones do be having a learning curve in the beginning dough . But as someone suggested just put a bit of the som flour on it and you’ll be cooking with peanut oil! Remember this is one of those things that as long as it’s cooked …. A pizza is a pizza . A very wise man once told me pizza is like sex, even when it’s bad it’s still pretty good . Like you still got pizza either way , and pizza colored off shape still sounds delicious!
