    Here’s what I’ve been eating lately while in a deficit …if you can’t tell, I like bodybuilder food haha

    Meal 1: [Protein Frapp](https://www.reddit.com/r/Volumeeating/comments/vod1lp/125_kcal_protein_frappuccino_blending/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) & 2 caramel chocolate chip rice cakes.

    Meal 2: Cream of Rice w/vanilla protein powder “paste,” strawberries & almonds.

    Meal 3: Chicken, broccoli, mushrooms & rice, flavoured w/Tajin & sesame seeds. This was meal prepped for the week.

    Meal 4: Tilapia filet w/Tajin & sweet potato fries, both cooked in the air fryer.

    Meal 5: “Dino Melon” which tastes like honeydew but it’s from Brazil.
