    **Ingredients**

    * 3/4 cup – 170g Melted Butter
    * 3/4cup + 1tbsp – 175g Brown sugar
    * 1/3 cup – 65g Sugar
    * 2eggs – 2 eggs
    * 1 1/2tsp – 7ml vanilla extract
    * 1 3/4cup – 210g Flour
    * 1 1/2 tsp – 3.5g Cornstarch
    * 1/2tsp – 2g Baking powder
    * 1/2 tsp – 3g Salt
    * 1/2cup – 85g White chocolate chip
    * 3/4cup – 100g Walnuts ( Chopped and Roasted )

    *Preparation*

    1. Grease and line with parchment paper a 9x9inch pan and set aside
    2. In a 350F oven, roast your walnuts for 12-15 minutes
    3. When they are cooled down, roughly chop them
    4. Set aside in a bowl for later

    *The Blondie Batter*

    1. Add Melted Butter and the sugars to a bowl
    2. Mix well
    3. Add the eggs and the vanilla extract
    4. In another bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt
    5. Add the powders to the egg mixture
    6. When everything is homogeneous, add the white chocolate chips and the roasted walnuts pieces
    7. Pour the batter into your prepared pan
    8. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes
    9. Let them cool down
    10. Cut in squares
    11. Enjoy
