Nice! I posted a similar Japanese beef curry using s&b, including recipe a few weeks back if anyone wants similar recipe. A really perfect dish for a slow cooker. I used the mild s&b but actually have that exact same spicier one in my cupboard too for next time.
Everyone’s slow cookers must all be different to mine, I feel like ‘all night and all day’ would be too long for most cuts of beef (even oxtail, cheek, etc) even on low in mine! But I notice that with other recipes I find too, I usually have to take a little time off.
