This is my laziest creation. It requires next to zero effort but it’s still much more exciting than a sandwich or salad to me. And quite high in protein to boot! Edit for recipe. Place tortilla in pan at low heat (rough side down aka small bubbles down). Add 50 grams of pizza sauce. Don’t take the sauce to the edge if you want to maintain crispness. I added 10 slices of turkey pepperoni and then 14 grams of reduced fat mozzarella. For the chicken, I mixed a can of chicken with two servings sriracha and two servings of ranch dressing dry mix. Then I used half of this total bowl of chicken. Then I added 14 more grams of the mozzarella over the chicken. Raised the burner setting from 3 to 4 and covered for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes I uncovered the pan and raised the burner from 4 to 5 to finish crisping the tortilla. During this time I added Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and garlic powder. The whole process moves pretty quickly, it’s pretty fun to make!

This looks delicious. I’ve been crazy pizza lately so I think I’m going to have to try this!
