What I ate today! 111 grams of protein.

    I look for posts of what people eat for a whole day to find inspiration for my own meals. Thought I’d share my day. My goal is 120 grams of protein.

    Breakfast – 3 Eggs with 14 grams of shredded cheese, 1 cup cinnamon cheerios, coffee with 2 tablespoons of Natural Bliss Creamer

    Lunch – Veggie Beef soup with a warm, dinner roll. I buy the precooked frozen ones and throw one in the air fryer for a small piece of warm, toasty heaven with soup

    Dinner – 4 oz Grilled Chicken with cilantro lime rice (Target – Good Gather brand boxed rice, 1/7th of package). I topped it with salsa and Greek yogurt mixed with taco seasoning.

    Snack – Built Churro Puff Bar (SO GOOD) and Butter Pretzel Rounds

    Total Calories – 1509
    Protein – 111 Grams

    It looks tasty and filling however are you sure about the protein count? Unless there’s hidden protein in the rice or cereal too…
