Seasoned generously with Castle Applewood Smoked Rub, wrapped in plastic and refrigerated for 12 hours.
8 hrs on low in slow cooker crockpot, 30 min in oven at 275 on a rack over a pan, basted in its own sauce from the slow cooker (1 cup beef broth, 1/2 onion sliced, 1 tbsp minced garlic), then basted again with Stubbs Hickory Bourbon bbq sauce, then broiled for a few minutes. Added another baste of bbq sauce, let sit 10 minutes covered with foil.
Baked the mac and cheese and made the beans on the stovetop.
The cut of ribs was extra meaty back ribs.
Soooo delicious and tender.

Looks great! Every since I first tried making ribs in the slow cooker, it’s the only way I make them now.
