Note becauseI know someone will say something: Iβm sharing a less than perfect day just to show that every day is different and you can still come back from some questionable choices.
I know my carb balance is high π
Going into the office has its dangers! Next time Iβll be more conscientious about having a high protein snack in the afternoon instead of tearing into the croissant thatβs been sitting out all day. But overall C+ or B- effort Iβd say π

There is no such thing as perfect. You ate a diversity of nice-looking, hopefully delicious foods and you kept to your calorie goal. Thatβs what a successful day of eating looks like.
Eating a cinnamon roll or more carbs than you prefer arenβt failures. Fitting them into you goals and enjoying the hell out of them is a triumph. Be proud of what you are accomplishing.

I often have apples that get to go on a couple field trips to work before I finally eat them. They’re not quite as easy to eat while grooming as other things I bring unless I remember to slice them up that morning.

You did pretty good to me! It’s okay to fit a treat into your calorie goals and the rest of your food choices look very nutritious.
