    The bistro itself was nice, and they had other French dishes on the menu, such as a *fromage* plate, *croque madame*, and chocolate *soufflé* as well as a burger, chicken and other stuff. The drinks list was excellent, especially the wine, though I couldn’t try anything due to some medication I’m on.

    It’s new and just opened up in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC. Highly recommended!

    This is just a personal preference but I can’t stand when restaurants salt post cook, especially the large grains as pictured here. It’s crunchy when chewing and it doesn’t allow the salt to penetrate the steak if they had salted and let it rest for an hour prior to cooking
