150g leg lamb finely chopped 220g prime mince Half can sauerkraut 4 cloves of garlic Spoon of Tomato paste Flax & sesame seed 3 spoon worcestershire Chilli mix powder Sumac Mint Basil Oregano Covered in boiling water for 3 hours on low, which near the end I stirred in 300g butter chicken simmer sauce and dropped in a diced steamed beetroot.
