    Oil free & vegan! I added lime juice and upped the spices for extra kick

    I don’t usually snack in the evenings but I was hungry before bed and comfortably had room in my calorie budget for cheese toast and hot chocolate. To be honest though, even if I was at my max and was hungry before bed, I’d still probably have a light snack. I think the calorie counting is super valuable for losing weight, but so is listening to your body.

    Love your meal posts! I am just starting today. Successfully did 1500. I am going to start taking pics to help with logging. Any tips or advice for someone just starting? Trying to lose the pandemic weight- I am long overdue.
