    I have a huge sweet tooth so I’ll never give up candy (I’ve been on a sweet tarts kick and have 1 oz before bed every night). I also refuse to give up my fancy coffee drinks from Starbucks. I don’t go every day but I can’t do black coffee. I do modify my drinks now, I found an account on IG who does “macro friendly” drinks that are pretty delicious for less than 150 calories.

    I won’t stop eating 5 times a day and I won’t stop eating anything lol just eating a little less than usual

    Sweet beverages like caramel lattes or cappuccino with sugar and the chocolate powder on top. I started having vanilla or caramel lattes every other day for a while, but then I started tracking calories and saw how insanely bad they were! Yikes. I still have them but now it’s maybe twice a month, balanced out with my other calories. Makes me appreciate them more, too.

    Nutella for me!!! I will fit a tablespoon or two in my calories every day it’s just too good

    I’m the same with coffee. I go in phases with how I like it, but I will drink my coffee how I like it, whenever I want it and plan the rest of my day around it, I don’t care 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I will never give up a donut as a treat. I have one on the weekends post cycling workout. I freaking love donuts lol
