potatoes ready made red cabbage can of sardines garlic herbes de provence scallions chicken soup powder olive oil for frying brine from a glass of chili peppers
boil potatoes then wait for them to cool, slice them and fry in very hot pans using made for frying olive oil, give a quarter teaspoon of chicken soup powder to each.
When done take the fried potatoes out and use one pan to boil the red cabbage with some added water, and place the sardines in the other. add crushed garlic, herbes de provence.
3 min, turn them, add chopped scallions and some chicken soup powder, some water and some tablespoons of the brine from glass of chili peppers. cover with a lid, boil for 6 minutes.
take out the sardines, add them to the potatoes with the cabbage and dose with the left content of the pan with the sardines.
