I make something very similar to this on stove top. I sometimes use ground turkey for a lighter version. I recommend adding a splash of apple cider vinegar! We ate golumpki regularly when I was a kid, and this is just as delicious but a lot easier.

An hour left of cook time and there’s no way I can fit 1.5c of cooked rice in here! I think it’s going to be served *over* rice tonight. Then I can mix everything and let them hang out together in the fridge overnight.
