    As others have said, Pickled radish. Sweet, salty and a little tangy. Generally eaten with your jjangmyun. A general staple when eating jjangmyun or jjamppong

    Takuan/Danmuji, which others have pointed out is pickled radish!

    Staple like others have said. Also raw chopped onions. And both are delish dipped with raw jjajang sauce and dash of white vinegar. So good!
