    Do you mind, are you in an apartment or house? Are you going to be keeping this indoors or outside? And lastly if I can pry one step further, are you in a colder or warmer climate?

    I’ve been wanting to make my own gochujang but I live in the northern Midwest USA and in an apartment that doesn’t have a balcony. Maangchi said that you could keep it by a sunny window, but I’m not sure if that will be enough for my dwelling
