Ham and Noodles

    Company’s Coming cookbook by Jean Pare.

    1 1/2 cups cooked ham

    can of mushrooms (I used fresh)

    Can of cream of mushroom soup

    1/2 cup water

    1 1/2 tsp horseradish

    1/4 cup Parmesan

    2 Tbsp Sherry

    Cook 6-8 hrs on low, 3-4 on high

    20 minutes before serving add:

    2 cups broad egg noodles

    1 cup water

    Delicious! I thought the ingredients were strange but it was super tasty. Even the teenagers liked it.
