Kimbap with Pork and Ssam, Bulgogi and Tunafrom left to right. I need advice on how to keep the rice from drying up.

    Do you pre-slice? I suggest no pre-slice if you are leaving it over night! Oil with sesame oil and cover.

    Hard rice in sliced kimbap is unavoidable. Alots of koreans tend to dip in egg and pan fry to “revive” it!

    Saran wrap the dish and microwave like 15 sec just before eating it.
