We’re a couple from London, UK and this was our third trip to Japan. We weren’t focusing too much on visiting ‘top ramen’ restaurants, just mainly looking to try a diverse range that we can’t get back home (London has some decent ramen places, but they tend to be tonkotsu focused)
We really enjoyed all of them as they all ticked the box of ‘dishes we couldn’t try at home’. I didn’t love the Hiroshima Tsukemen, but that was likely my fault for ordering a cold noodle dish in January. We also found the Shoyu at Yoroiya too salty, but it was in a really touristy area so we didn’t expect it to be amazing.

Yes to all the tsukemen! Also thank you for posting locations! Wish that was required here
