That sometimes happens if the rice flour isn’t properly mixed or didn’t have the proper water ratio so the dough is dry. Also, it could be mold so I wouldn’t eat it 😩😩😩

These are not handmade..maybe a bad batch. If it has no strange smell then go for it. These are dried once, right? It will be better ince cooked.
