Just wanted to show off my first attempt at canning by myself. I’m kicking myself for not paying attention when my grandma and aunt tried to teach me growing up. Now they are gone and learning without them has been so intimidating but I know they would be so happy with me. I haven’t checked the seal yet but I hope I did everything correctly. I know it’s small but I’m really proud of myself.
