I felt like I was eating sugar cookie dough! A lot for 100 calories. A 100 cal packet of cream of wheat, swerve brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla Torani sugar free syrup. I’m currently freezing some that I rolled into a ball just to see! I’m going to add lilys chocolate chips and PB2 next time.

Looks good! Somehow I’ve never had cream of wheat before, but I’m really into grits right now, so I think I need to try it…
I’ve done an oats cookie dough, with blended oats, pbfit powder, protein powder, sugar free syrup, granulated erythritol, and milk/ water for liquid portion with mini chocolate chips mixed in. It sort of has a mushy texture but putting it in freezer for a bit helps. I’d alternate bites of cookie dough with protein ice cream from ninja creami. Currently, I do Kodiak pancake mix w/ 30 grams of old fashioned oats and a scoop of protein powder and make waffles as my daily snack/ treat
omg i have to try this. i’ve never had cream of wheat – does it need milk or just the syrup?
Never thought of using cream of what for something else than porridge, great idea!
