    1) Banana pudding with bananas, whipped cream, and high key vanilla wafers crushed on top, 2) a copycat sweet green salad (spinach base, quinoa, air fryer chicken, apples, goat cheese, parmesan cheese with a lighter pesto vinaigrette and a piece of toast, 3) a homemade and lightened up version of Stephanie Izard’s Szechuan-Style Breakfast Biscuits recipe from her Gather and Graze cookbook (Chinese sausage on fiber gourmet cheddar scallion biscuits with a runny egg on top and Szechuan Chile Sauce and blackberries on top, and 4) halo top brownies made with just sparkling water instead of the suggested ingredients on the box (per u/Mesmerotic31’s rec) and Ninja Creami protein ice cream made from sugar free simply delish vanilla pudding and a premier protein shake with some Frozen sugar cookie bits from Ben and Jerry’s!
