i know that dark chocolate is the healthier choice, but sometimes i just crave milk chocolate tbh 🙊 and since i want my weight loss to be sustainable, i try to also eat the same things my family and friends do but in small portions instead of constantly buying things only i want for my diet. these bars come in a packet of 6 and are 96 calories each.

Do they have them in flavours? Their fruit & nut is my fave, but if I open one, I’m eating then whole thing, these would be perfect!

One of my go to chocolate snacks! As well as Freddo’s , single Twirl bars and Animal Bars!

Are you aware of the new “Cadbury Delights” bars? ~90kcal,three flavours and really really delicious.

Snacks are always a slippery slope for me. Once I have one, I likely want another. Doesn’t seem to matter what kind of bar it is. I just eat what I want and CICO it in later. Or I’ll just take the hit and accept that I’m going to be 100-200 calories over that day.
What also helps me is saving my snacks for my single day of eating whatever I want after my fast.
