I use to put it on a toasted cream cheese bagel with a fried yolky egg it was so good

There’s lots of ways to enjoy it obviously, but this is for the purist. When the kimchi is good you don’t need other things covering up the beauty of kimchi!

The most ideal way to eat kimchi would be when you pull a slice off of perfectedly aged kimchi along its entire length using your two hands and swirl it on top of a spoonful of steamy white rice and chug the whole thing down your throat. Your picture looks good but something about it already being chopped makes it less than perfect!!! 😀
