Whole medium chicken trussed up a little so it doesn’t touch the sides. Seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme with nothing else added. No pics after, it was too good and very tender.

    Browned the bottom in a pan first. 1 hour on high and 4 hours on low with the lid covered with a towel.

    I hate the internet because my first thought was “kinky” and then moved one before I even read the title or what subredit I was on lol. Did the thyme flavor come through because I already feel that it just is never very pronounced when I use it but they be due to the other herbs and seasonings that I used.
