    I had some leftover pork belly and unfortunately I didn’t eat the egg until it had marinated for 48 hours. The egg was too salty from the soy and the texture wasn’t great. Skip the pickled ginger next time, I wasn’t feeling it with the chapagetti. But overall, not bad for a quick meal put together on a lazy night.
