I ate a LOT today — but stayed within 1500. I had:

Breakfast: broccoli and tofu over stir fried shredded cabbage (instead of rice)
Lunch: same as breakfast
Dinner: a box of hearts of palm pasta from Trader Joe’s with diy tomato sauce (and loads of tomatoes) and Brussels sprouts
Snack: two alcohol-free beers (I quit drinking three years ago) and half a pineapple

It was a good day 🌟
