    Dave’s Killer Bread (70 cal), 1 medium poached egg (65 cal), 2-3 tbs Parmesan cheese (40-60 cal), tomato and chives (negligible)

    Looks great! I try to stay at about 250calories for breakfast, but I usually just eat two hard boiled eggs and black coffee. Or one hard boiled egg and coffee with cream. This looks so much yummier!

  3. Looks good! Btw, “>200” means greater than 200. I assume you meant less than which would be <200
