    not sure if this is the right sub for this but i wanted to share today’s filling dinner:

    – homemade beetroot & parsnip soup (blended)
    – homemade kale chips (oven baked with like juice & salt)
    – boiled egg
    – rosemary & sea salt protein crisps

    i already ate about 1/2-2/3 of the kale chips before i took the picture but the total was ~400cal

    Would you mind sharing your recipe for the soup? I’m a big fan of beets and parsnips, but never had them together in a soup before!
