Normally I will roast some fresh green beans in the oven or steam broccoli. However, the broccoli doesn’t smell the best after a few days.
2 lbs chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook those for about 9 minutes on medium heat, adding half a bottle of the teriyaki sauce in the last minute or so. Turn off heat and let it cool.
2 cans of green beans (or fresh)
2 (rice) cups of white rice.
That’s it! Makes good portions for 5 meals!
P.S that teriyaki sauce is incredible.

I struggle with reheating rice. I’d love to be able to batch make it but find it gets very dry and chewy/hard upon refrigeration and reheating. Is that not your experience?
