    What I did:

    1/2 cup dry “Coach’s Oats” brand oatmeal

    1 1/2 cups water

    Microwave 6 minutes 70% power

    Add one packet “Golden Aojiru” brand barley powder (3g), spread evenly with basting brush

    Add one compressed tablespoon brown sugar

    Add 120 g very ripe (bordering on overripe) banana

    Add 202 g blackberries

    Add “Aloha Right Now” brand li hing powder on top of bananas
