Today I’m making a start on transforming the three garden beds that I call my Winter Garden. It’s the garden that I more actively grow in during winter as it receives the most sunlight during this time. I’m trying something new this year and doing a slow transition to better support the bird life and pollinators that use these gardens for shelter and food.
I renovate a small section in each garden and get some winter veg started.
