This is why I really recommend getting a scale. I know weighing your food can be a pain but if I actually ate 3 pieces this size it would be nearly triple the calories.

    I know it can be a real pain to weigh all your food but until I can better visualize what serving sizes actually look like the scale is incredibly helpful. A few months ago I would have eaten 3 slices this size and thought it was around 120 calories when in reality it would have been over 300 calories and definitely not in my range for my snack calories.

    I love having a good scale. Really puts serving sizes into perspective. And I like it for accuracy with baking

    Ehhh I don’t need no scale

    The last thing I need is an eating disorder

    what I do is I just double the calorie amount for things like that

    I would have added that snack at 250-350 on its own , doesn’t matter to me that it is precise or not

    Cos I’m losing weight and maintaining weight fairly easily

    But das me
