    Recipe:

    -2x Alfredo sauce ($4 ea)

    -Italian sausage ($5)

    -Rotini pasta ($2)

    -broccoli florets ($3)

    -garlic powder

    -salt and pepper

    1. Boil pasta, drain, and set aside.

    2. Add a little cooking oil to the pot, brown sausage, drain fat, and set aside.

    3. Turn the same pot to medium high and add about a tablespoon of cooking oil and toss with broccoli. Season to your liking with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat when reaches desired texture**

    4. Combine cooked pasta, sausage, broccoli, and alfredo sauce and mix. Season with more garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

**You can always steam the broccoli instead, I enjoy the crunch of the pan fried broccoli but it works either way!

I recommend using Rana or another brand of refrigerated alfredo sauce cus Ragu and the shelf stable ones are gross. I also like to add shredded parmesan, if I have it on hand.

I can eat on this for a week so after $24 total, it’s about $3 a day. Super quick, and easy to customize. I hope you enjoy it!

If you are cooking in bulk like this, you can make your own Alfredo sauce.
