Gotta mix the BBQ into the meat. Even distribution that way.

If you have a traegor/good grill smoker set up and are on a diet. You can make bbq your friend smoked chicken/turkey I do all the time, and I do pork Al pastor/Mexican style. Pork loins/shoulder ect. Lamb too. Great for bowls.
