Made a Honey Sesame Chicken in the Slow Cooker this week for my meal prep. 10-15min prep, then 3 hours on Low. Nearly went with thigh, but went the cheaper option and it came out awesome. I corn starched the chicken and it worked a treat.

Made a Honey Sesame Chicken in the Slow Cooker this week for my meal prep. 10-15min prep of all the ingredients, then into the crockpot for 3 hours on Low. The chicken came out awesome, nearly used thigh but went with the cheaper option and didn’t regret it. Let me know what you think,

Did you cook the chicken beforehand? 3 hours on low isn’t enough time to cook any type of meat thoroughly

Looks tasty! I’ve been meaning to try the corn starch trick for “take-out at home”

Where do you find breast meat cheaper than thigh?

Feet cost as much as breast in my ‘hood. They are a delicacy.
