4lb pulled pork from butt. Butt patted dry and then rubbed thoroughly all over with a dry spice mixture and slow cooked in with 1 cup of apple juice (optional beer or water as substitute) and then cooked for low for 8 hours in a 4 qt slow cooker. Served on plain white rice and topped with greenzzzzz
