Macros: 42.2 g carbs, 40.8 g protein, 20.5 g fat
French Toast (2 servings): – 140 g white bread – 100 g egg whites – 1 egg – 100 ml milk (I used whole milk) – 30 g vanilla whey protein powder – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – 20 g lower-fat butter
Topping (1 serving): – 100 g Greek yogurt (I used 5%) – 5 g sweetener – 10 g sugar-free strawberry syrup – 8 g almond butter – 20 g blueberries – raspberries that I didn’t bother to weigh
