    **Ingredients:**

    • 100 g isomalt
    • 25 ml water

    **Directions:**

    1. Mix 100 g isomalt, 25 ml water in a pot
    2. Get pot onto medium high heat
    3. Isomalt should reach 300 degrees fahrenheit at least
    4. Then let it cool to 220 degress fahrenheit
    5. Dip circular cutter into the isomalt
    6. Pull up the cutter slowly with clear film on the bottom
    7. Use your fingers to pull the isomalt
    8. Flip the cutter over and set aside
    9. Heat up a knife
    10. Cut through isomalt by melting it instantly
