    I know most of y’all know how to make burgers. Per rules, here’s the recipe.

    2, 4oz balls of 80/20 beef

    2 pieces American cheese

    4 strips of bacon

    Keto buns (Lewis brand) 1 net carb per each bun.

    Choose condiments as you’d like.

    Smash beef on screaming hot skillet for around 60 seconds a side. Lay one slice of cheese on each patty before placing on bun. Fry 4 slices of bacon, then place on top. Then, add what condiments you prefer. I like a little ketchup and Mayo. Then top off with dill pickle. Enjoy.
