    50g of Prosciutto

    100g of blue cheese (Gorgonzola would also work super well, but it’s also like 5 times the price lol)

    30g of pear

    Half a teaspoon of olive oil (honestly optional, not including it will save you 20 calories)

    A quarter teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (you can use more I just find it gets overpowering)

    As much arugula as you want (I used 30g)

    SO GOOD
