Used this [recipe](https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/chile-colorado/), though I usually make a big batch of sauce and freeze it into portions that I can quickly toss into a slow cooker usually with some chicken stock. Tried to make this one a little more toddler friendly so cut out some of the chilis and thinned the sauce out more than I normally would. The smell is still killing me, and I have to leave for work soon so I’ll be dreaming about this beauty the rest of the night.
