If using frozen shrimp, defrost it else skip this step.2. Wash and dry fresh ingredients-spinach, tomatoes, avocado garlic cloves and lemon.3. Arrange a bed of spinach on a plate.4. Chop cherry tomatoes and top the plate of spinach with it.5. Slice avocado and add to the plate.6. Mince the garlic cloves.7. Pat dry shrimps.8. Heat a pan, melt some butter and swirl to coat the bottom.9. Add shrimps, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, honey, and cook until opaque(2-3mins each side).10. Top salad with cooked shrimps.11.
