    **INGREDIENTS:**

    * Raw peeled shrimp, fresh or frozen-300g

    * Avocado-1

    * Cherry tomatoes

    * Spinach- 100g

    * Salt-1/4 tsp

    * Black Pepper 1/8 tsp

    * Honey-1/4 tsp

    * Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon

    * Extra virgin olive oil- 2 tbsp

    * Butter

    **INSTRUCTIONS:**

    1. If using frozen shrimp, defrost it else skip this step.

    2. Wash and dry fresh ingredients-spinach, tomatoes, avocado garlic cloves and lemon.

    3. Arrange a bed of spinach on a plate.

    4. Chop cherry tomatoes and top the plate of spinach with it.

    5. Slice avocado and add to the plate.

    6. Mince the garlic cloves.

    7. Pat dry shrimps.

    8. Heat a pan, melt some butter and swirl to coat the bottom.

    9. Add shrimps, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, honey, and cook until opaque(2-3mins each side).

    10. Top salad with cooked shrimps.

    11. Drizzle the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil on the salad.

    **NOTE:**
    1. For 2 serving

    2. While cooking shrimp, add more butter if you think the butter isn’t enough.
