I found this jar of chunjang in the refrigerator and since i still have rice cakes at home i wanted to try jjajang tteokbokki.
Is there a good recipe for it?
Also is the paste supposed to taste very salty and sour? I tasted jajang noodles before and they were very sweet. Do I have to add a lot of sugar to get the meal taste sweet?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, I don’t have much experience with korean food
