Ive been slowly switching out things to make it more “M.I.N.D. diet friendly, which basically cuts out butter and oil except extra virgin olive oil, and non-whole grains.
So today I used white rice, but I also love wild rice and will be making the switch over… Depending. Maybe I’ll make barley rice.. and instead of sesame oil, I used an EVOO. I like it, although I have a milder tasting oil.
I’m not on a diet, just trying to incorporate “better” foods.
