• 400g peeled plum tomatoes • 200g picadilly tomatoes • 100g spaghetti pasta • 4 garlic cloves • basil leaves • pinch of salt • oilve oil
**Directions:**
1. Cut piccadilly tomato in half. 2. Pour the olive oil on pan and add unpeeled 4 garlic cloves. 3. Add piccadilly tomatoes and let it cook for 4 minutes. 4. After that add peeled plum tomatoes and break them up into smaller pieces by spatula. 5. Add few basil leaves and take out the garlic from the pan. 6. Meanwhile put the pasta in to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. 7. Before you transfer pasta to tomatoes, add pinch of salt. 8. Cook it for another 8 minutes, add some pasta water 9. At the end shred by hand few basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil. 10. Mix it and put on the plate.
